National Call for Better Mexico Facilitators
Are you passionate about dialogue, collaborative participation, and social change? Mejor México invites you to join the team of facilitators for ConversActions 2025 , a social innovation initiative that seeks to generate awareness and action among young university students to build a country free of corruption.
What is ConversActions?
It is a three-week experience on each university campus that is divided into two stages:
1. C onversation : Two-hour in-person forum where students reflect on corruption and co-create ideas for change.
2. Actions: Strategies that are implemented by students in their own environments.
As a facilitator, your role will be to guide the Conversa forums and accompany the Actions at universities in your region during the period August-October 2025.
Who are we looking for?
People with a social vocation, listening skills and positive leadership , who meet the following requirements:
Be between 22 and 35 years old
Previous experience facilitating participatory groups or activities
Comfort with public speaking and managing dynamics
Affinity with topics such as citizenship, integrity, social innovation, or civic education, regardless of the area of study.
Availability to train (July) and facilitate in-person forums between August 11 and October 11, 2025
