Federico Casas Alatriste
He was a partner and director of Consulting at the Roberto Casas Alatriste firm and PWC. He later served as General Manager of T-Systems Mexico, a Deutsche Telekom company.
He is an advisor and counselor for companies, mainly for ventures with a social purpose.
In his professional activities, he is a partner and former president of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF). He served as a member of the Board (Treasurer) of the Mexican Association of the Information Technology Industry (AMITI).
In his activities in the social sector, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the José A. Llaguno Tarahumara Foundation, where he served as president, and is the founder and President of the Board of the Mejor México Association.
He holds a degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master's degree in Administration from ITAM.
Eduardo Bohórquez
He is the Executive Director of Transparencia Mexicana, the Mexican chapter of Transparency International. He has also served as Executive Secretary of the Governing Council of Transparencia Mexicana.
He is recognized as a civic innovator and one of the most listened to voices on anti-corruption, public procurement, citizen participation, and open government and parliament.
She has conceived and promoted civic movements such as #FiscalíaQueSirva and #SusanaVigilancia, some of which, like #3de3, have been widely studied and even replicated in other countries.
During the anti-corruption reform, he served as a liaison between civil, social, academic, and business organizations and Congress.
Roger Magazine
He holds a PhD in Social Anthropology from Johns Hopkins University. He is currently Director of the Department of Social and Political Sciences and Professor of the Graduate Program in Social Anthropology at the Universidad Iberoamericana. He is a member of the National System of Researchers, level two, and a regular member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences. He is the author of several publications on street children, organized soccer fans, and the indigenous-peasant community in Mexico.
Vania Pérez Morales
Vania has more than a decade of experience in issues related to ethics, integrity, the fight against corruption, and strengthening the rule of law in Mexico and Latin America.
She has served as a United Nations official focusing on anti-corruption and integrity issues at the national and subnational levels, for Mexican companies, public servants, and civil society. She is also known for developing methodologies for designing and evaluating ethics and integrity programs.
Lilian Chapa Koloffon
Lilian is a public security specialist. She has led various projects on security institutions in municipalities and localities. She is also known for having advised the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System, where she co-designed a national public policy to provide technical guidance to municipal governments on police reform efforts and rebuild public trust (National Police and Civic Justice Model).
Leonardo Nuñez González
He is a political scientist, internationalist, and holds a master's degree in Administration and Public Policy from CIDE. He regularly contributes to the media with analysis and research on national and international politics, publishes a weekly column every Monday in the newspaper La Razón, and has written several books and publications on public spending, corruption, oversight, and elections. He is currently the Director of the Applied Research Unit of Mexicans Against Corruption and Impunity and is a member of the Mexican Council on International Affairs. @leonugo
Rodrigo Martínez-Celis
PhD candidate in International Security from Anáhuac University; Master's degree in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP); and Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).
With nearly 20 years of experience in security-related issues in general and intelligence in particular. In the public sector, he has served as a senior public official at the Ministry of Security and Citizen Protection, the National Intelligence Center (CNI); the Ministry of the Interior, the Center for Research and National Security (CISEN); and the Ministry of Public Administration (formerly SECODAM). In the private sector, he collaborated with Kroll.
For the past three years, he served as head of the State of Mexico's Security Secretariat.
Santiago Martínez Hernández
Coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Program for Inequalities at Transparencia Mexicana. Born in Mexico and raised in Costa Rica, he has championed anti-corruption as a defense of public services and democracy.
radical and peacebuilding in various spaces of civil society and academia in Mexico, Canada, and the United Kingdom. A graduate in International Relations from Tec de Monterrey, he completed a master's degree in Governance, Development, and Public Policy from the University of Sussex and the Institute of Development Studies.
As part of the Transparency Mexico team, Santiago has focused on advancing the democracy, anti-corruption, and inequality agenda by identifying, preventing, and mitigating conflicts of interest in the legislative process, ensuring the availability of beneficial ownership information, and strengthening democratic oversight over security.
Brianda Aguilar
A political scientist from Villaflores, Chiapas, and a graduate of CIDE, she has a track record in open government and promoting citizen participation. She has collaborated with government institutions such as the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the Ministry of Public Administration, contributing to key initiatives such as the National Anti-Corruption Policy and the National Digital Platform. Currently, at Transparencia Mexicana, she coordinates projects to control corruption with citizen participation and promote corporate integrity.
Diana Meneses
Co-founder and podcaster of Mundo En Corto, she is also the University Outreach Coordinator at Mejor MÉxico AC and a Political Communication Consultant at Meridiano 99.
Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Honors Program. She completed her thesis on Gender Mainstreaming, which won first place at the National Electoral Tribunal of Justice. She has developed as a political analyst and advocate for social advocacy in various forums. Her areas of interest include social communication, corruption, gender studies, and energy.
Ángel Otero Mac Kinney
Biomedical Engineer and Master in Innovation Management. He is currently Director of Strategic Planning at the Universidad Iberoamericana. He was also the founder and CEO of Ozmo Diseño de Futuros, a Strategic and Innovation Solutions Laboratory for leading companies in the financial, technology, and consumer products sectors. He considers himself a strategist and designer for complexity.
For over 10 years, he has forged a professional path that seeks to balance spaces for reflection, learning, experimentation, and implementation. He complements his professional work by teaching graduate-level classes at various universities and participating in civic action for Mejor México. He is enthusiastic about technology and science, but with a very clear focus on value creation and a sense of purpose geared toward generating positive impacts on society.
Jorge Mireles Rodríguez
He holds a degree in Communication from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León and a Master's degree in Audiovisual Production Design and Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Her professional experience spans the private sector in various media outlets such as TV Azteca and Milenio Televisión, and the public sector, managing Public Relations for a federal institution.
He seeks to contribute to building a better future as a member of the board of trustees of the OMA Foundation against child and adolescent sexual violence and in his work as Executive Director of Mejor México, contributing to a culture of civic integrity, free from corruption.
