Mexico City, August 27, 2025. – When we talk about corruption in Mexico, we often think of something distant or impossible to change. Yet every year, thousands of students prove that it is possible to reframe that narrative—not through complaints, but through action, creativity, and the determination to do things differently.

That is what ConversAcciones is all about: a space to talk, create, and take action. In 2025, it returns for its fourth edition, aiming to bring together thousands of students through more than 130 workshops across 90 campuses, 40 universities, 24 states, and over 50 cities, all working to build a Better Mexico free of corruption.
A Workshop to Talk, Listen, and Create
Change does not always begin with grand speeches—it also starts with honest conversations and collective action. That’s why every edition kicks off with the Conversa Workshops, where students share experiences, perspectives, and proposals in an environment full of fresh ideas and critical viewpoints that break away from the usual formality surrounding this issue.
Youth-Led Strategies
What sets ConversAcciones apart is that young people are the protagonists. What begins as dialogue soon becomes a challenge: during the Acciones Stage, participants turn their ideas into creative, relatable strategies designed to inspire others to act differently in the face of corruption. From memes and podcasts to urban interventions, reels, or digital campaigns, the message is clear: talking about corruption doesn’t have to be boring or complicated. On the contrary, it is something we can all talk about—and, above all, do something about.
Recognizing the Best Ideas
As in previous years, a panel of experts in anti-corruption, creativity, and communication will evaluate the strategies to highlight those with the greatest impact, originality, and clarity. For this edition, the awards will include:
Action of Impact: for the strategy that reaches the widest audience and generates positive engagement.
Creative Action: for the most original, innovative, and distinctive proposal.
Persuasive Action: recognizing the most effective message in driving behavior change.
Action of the Year: the highest honor, awarded to the most complete and powerful strategy.
Audience Choice Action: because young people also decide, a special prize will go to the most-voted strategy in an open online poll.
The jury may also grant special mentions or declare a category void if the entries do not meet the criteria.

The strength of ConversAcciones lies in its diversity. This year, more than 40 public and private universities from across Mexico are taking part, including:
